Linens and towels will be provided for your stay.
Tea and coffee is provided for a few mornings during your stay.
Paper towels, sugar, dish detergent and hand soap will also be
provided.
To make your stay even more enjoyable and pleasant, I have included
additional items for all my guests, but you will have to find that out for
yourselves... so book your stay now

All cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutting boards, coffee maker, toaster
etc. are included with your stay. We have a gas stove with a microwave
above it.

(NOTE: The washer and dryer are only available for our weekly guests
unless other arrangements have been made.)

More detailed information will be sent out with all reservations, however, the following is a
brief outline:

The individual signing the contract assumes all responsibility for the rental and to leave
Kodiak in the same condition as found and all owner's personal items intact.

There is garbage pickup, however, the timing varies. Please recycle all plastics, glass and
newspaper. What food items you bring in- you must take out at the end of your stay.

No open flames or candles are permitting inside Kodiak and as mentioned, our home is
non-smoking.
There is no outside firepit at this time, however, this will be considered if there is enough
guest interest, so please feel free to leave a comment.

There is no housekeeping service during your stay, if something does not work or is in need
of repair, the owner should be contacted immediately.

Directions for use of the Whirlpool tub will be provided and must be followed to ensure
proper function of the jets.

The owner of Kodiak will not be responsible for your negligence. If you or your guest(s) get
hurt while on the property, the owner will not be held liable.

Reservations are accepted from April through October of any given year.

There is a three night minimum on all stays at Kodiak for $210.00 per night.
Long weekends or four days: $840.00
Weekly rental (6 nights, 7 days) $1350.00

All payments are required 14 days prior to checking in. A refundable, damage/security
deposit of $400.00 is required with final payment. A small portion of this deposit is for our
cleaning service ($68.00) and is also to ensure satisfactory clean up of the house upon
checking out and to cover any damage that may have been caused by the renter and/ or
their guests. The house will be inspected within 24 hours after the last rental date. The
deposit will be returned (less $68.00) within 10 days if there are no issues regarding the
house or its contents. A written notification of intent to use part of, or all of, the damage
deposit shall be mailed within 10 business days to include the reasons why.

Check in: After 3:00 pm unless otherwise discussed.
Check out: By 11:00 am.

Kodiak is completely non-smoking both inside and outside of the house.
Sorry but no pets. Small children/ toddlers not recommended.
Teens must be accompanied by parents or legal guardian.
